Pink Velvet Cupcakes (with white chocolate ganache)
I baked these yesterday since I want my mom to feel extra special today :)
Got this recipe on the internet and gave it a try. Turned out to be really delicious! I’m so glad the fam bam loved it <3

The other batch of cuppies turned out be muffin-like. I blame the oven. Haha but it’s just as good as the other one!
I was also so excited to use these leopard print cupcake holders. So chic! :) got it from Cook’s Exchange, Rockwell.
The white choc frosting was so rich and creamy! It’s hard not to feel guilty after eating.
I’m a self-confessed wannabee cupcake decorator. So I’m really sorry for the lame and amateur frosting.
